Twisted Grit Candle-Light Yin

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga for deep stretching, relaxing, and healing. Most poses are seated or lying down, incorporating deep breathing techniques and long holds. Yin will focus on stretching the fascia and muscles, increasing flexibility, mindfulness, increasing range of motion, healing injuries, and healing the mind. It is helpful to bring a blanket along with a yoga mat. We’ll often use bolsters in this class, which will be provided. (85-90 degrees)
