*One-year contract cancellations must be made with written notification two weeks before the next billing date. Written notification must be emailed to manager@gmail.com. Phone, verbal or voicemail cancellations will not be accepted or effective.

***Discounted Community Responder membership is available for those who meet one or more of the following requirements:
- Show proof of employment with the military, police, firefighter, or first responders.
- Be a senior citizen over the age of 65 making less than $30,000 per year.
- Students under the age of 21, going to school full-time.
