The Heated Studio

The heated studio is our larger studio, and contains infrared headed panels on the ceiling, and heated forced air flow. This studio is where we host all of our heated Yoga classes, Grit up & Glow, Rebound, and more! This space is also perfect for group yoga events, workshops and other rental space needs.

The Heart & Soul Studio

The Heart & Soul studio is a smaller space within the Twisted Grit studio that hosts our kids yoga, and a multitude of other non-heated classes such as: Meditation, Grit up & Go, Rebarre, and more!
