What can I expect during a seated session?
During a seated session which typically runs appx 20 minutes, you are seated in a straight back chair as I move around you to administer reiki. Depending on client preferences, either light touch is felt on areas such as shoulders, knees or top of crown. Your aura will be swept crown to feet in a complete 360 rotation around the chair. Useful for quick energy balancing and recharge.
What can I expect during a Crystal Reiki Session?
Crystal Reiki differs slightly from Traditional Reiki. In a crystal Reiki session which lasts about 75 minutes, a complete crystal grid is placed upon your body and reiki energy is channeled. Crystals of various shapes and sizes are laid using sacred geometry to enhance deeper energy resonances. After the various areas of the grid are built, sound energy will be used to activate your energy centers. You will spend the remainder of the session in meditation as reiki is channeled to both the physical body and the placed grids. Crystal reiki sessions are useful for those with prior reiki experience that are interesting in deeper energetic shifts

During a table session which can last from 30 to 60 minutes, you will lie comfortably on the massage table. In accordance with your selected preferences, you may feel my hands hover over your chakra centers, be placed on the soles of your feet, or on shoulders, hips and crown. You may feel a sense of warmth, tingling, or relaxation during the session. Table sessions are ideal for selecting additional amenities, and focusing deeper on moving energy.
How can I select amenities for my session?
During intake as we prep for your session, different choices are always laid out that are free to select. You will be shown the selection available before the start of your treatment along with an explanation of how it is incorporated and its benefits. If you have favorites, let me know! We will add it to your profile so its always available for your sessions!
What to expect during a Home Energy Cleanse:
Home energy reset includes all public areas of your home, windows, entrances and interior doorways. After a short consultation where we discuss the needs of your home. You will then select a combination of smoke or mist cleansing, sound and custom alchemy to move, and energize the common areas where energy tends to stagnate. Simple instructions for resetting the energy of more private areas of your home will be included as well. This service takes a minimum of one hour to complete. Please see websites for info.
