Quick Core

A quick in and out for our busy community.  This class is 30 minutes of wellness that may include weight training, cardio, yoga, and core, but it’s sure to include fitness + fun + wellness for all levels. A way to get your workout in quickly so you can return to your busy day.  Expect class to move quickly, but don’t be pressured to keep up.  It’s what you need it to be.  Weights will be optional.  You may wear shoes in this class. A perfect TGY class!!
