Grit Up & Glow

Here’s a new twist on yoga! This class is for everyone. We’ll focus on creative strength training, cardiovascular health, endurance, along with the yoga principles of breath, mindfulness and balance- the stuff we ALL need! GRIT UP AND GO takes advantage of upbeat music, a warm studio, and weights (choose what works for you, WEIGHTS OPTIONAL) to help you work up a sweat and find your strength. Show up well-hydrated and ready to listen to your body – shoes optional.  Do you! (95 degrees)

*PLEASE DO NOT PUT WEIGHTS AWAY EARLY.  There will be five minutes at the end of class to allow time for clean up.  Please leave your equipment if you need to leave early.  

*You MAY wear shoes in this class if you prefer.  Please do not wear street shoes.
