Grit Flight Club (95°)

Join us for a workshop-style class where we break down arm balances, inversions and more advanced yoga moves.  You will learn strength drills, tips and tricks, and the skills to execute the poses.  All levels are welcome and you take the class as you need it.  It is a judgment-free zone where falling and laughing make yoga better!  Don’t let fear hold you back from something new!
