We want you to feel welcome, open and relaxed! That’s why we created our TGY Grounding Ritual.
We see it all the time: You’re rushing into the studio from work, home, or errands, juggling responsibilities, and carrying a hundred little stressors that aren’t even yours to begin with. Other people’s energy clings to you like static, and before you know it, you’re walking around like an overcharged battery. That’s where the TGY Grounding Ritual comes into play.
