Twisted Slow Flow (75°)

SLOW FLOW is designed to build strength, stretch deeply, and relax your body at a slower pace. The warmth of the studio will help ease muscles and increase blood and lymphatic flow.  You can expect a little bit of everything in this class, from movement to stillness. Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike – if you’re looking for a well-rounded practice that includes strength, balance, relaxation and flexibility, you’ll find it here.
